Raul has been a “positive instigator” in the talent acquisition space for the last 20+ years helping startups and complex businesses attract and retain top talent in variety of areas. In 2002, he walked into a staffing agency where he found his start in talent acquisition.

 

Speaking Spanish fluently as a second language, he began as a bilingual receptionist and very quickly became an onsite director managing multiple accounts. He's worked in dynamic and entrepreneurial environments. As a founding member, he was integral in helping build a boutique staffing firm from the ground up with only 2 employees to 70+ consultants dispersed across the country remotely.

He now leads a team of fractional team members that collectively have 50+ years of experience delivering talent solutions to companies in construction, engineering, and manufacturing.
